I was shipping (2) different packages to the same place, but accidentally printed out the same label for both packages. Every time I order through ups the packages have a 30-40% chance to not arrive. If one of our reps calls UPS, is the customer service line able to track shipments that old and tell us who signed for it? Of course, due to the age of the shipment, it can't be tracked online.
